 Thank you for your response.

 So, as I understand your reply, Multiverse itself will not pursue
any legal action against Fan projects that are not MMOG nor request
Fox to do so on your behalf (I wouldn't want anything similar to the
Firefly/Serenity t-shirt sales fiasco a couple months back to happen
here).  Also, I understand that any legal action regarding the
Firefly/Serenity Intellectual Property in general would only come from
Fox.

 Are my assumptions correct?

 I'm sorry to bother you again asking for such a precise response.
But, I think you can appreciate the legal need for such things.
